Branford Hall's Technical Training Center in Springfield MA offers programs in culinary arts; HVAC; computer networking management and professional fitness training.

We have seven other campuses located in Springfield MA (Healthcare Education Center) | Branford CT | Southington CT | Windsor CT | Albany NY | Amityville NY and Bohemia NY.  Not all programs are offered at each campus.

Culinary Arts Program - Some areas of training include: science of food & nutrition; knife skills; spa cuisines; the art of food; bakeshop & desserts; international cuisines; business operations; hors d'oeuvres/appetizers; soups & sauces; vegetables & fruits; beverages; preparation & serving of meats.

HVAC Training - The heating and ventilation along with the air conditioning industry is a fast-growing segment of the economy. It will keep you busy year-round installing and maintaining as well repairing these systems in both residences and commercial establishments.

Professional Fitness Trainer - We can teach you how to design workouts and nutrition plan while tracking your clients' progress and much more.  Branford Hall's Professional Fitness Trainer program prepares students to sit for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification examination.

Computer Networking Management - This program prepares students for the exciting world of computer support and networking.  You will learn the skills of a bench technician and a desktop support technician. From there you'll move into the networking arena while learning the foundation in network administration and security. Included in this program is a course on "Ethical Hacking" which is designed to take your newly acquired knowledge in PC hardware support; desktop support; networking and security and apply it to the art of network defense.
