Worst place EVER!!!! 1/4/2011

This is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. They have had my TV for over a month and never placed one phone call to us with an update. We've had to call everytime and as of yet we have no idea what's wrong, how long, or how much it will cost. Anyone who posts they had a good experience must have had something mind blowingly easy or is affliated with the company. Buyer BEWARE this place is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager is Nathan and is elderly employee is very rude and insubordinate. You give an $85 non refundable deposit so they can hold your TV hostage, don't get scammed, take your repair work anywhere else! I honestly hope they go out of business they totally deserve it. more

I tried replacing the lamp in my dlp tv and to my dismay it wouldn't work. I had a major department store technician tell me it needed a "light engine?"Brandon Tv picked the unit up from my house and by the end of the day determined it was my "colorwheel". They had the part in-stock and had my tv back to me the next day. My kids were so happy to get 'their" big tv back. One day and already the 25" from my bedroom was on every ones nerves. Thanks for the great service Nathan. I couldn't entertain the kids any longer. You guys saved the day. Maybe even the summer stay-cation. more
