WORSE PLACE EVER! 3/29/2011

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Had our TV for 2 months, still not fixed. Every week they were waiting on a different part. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Its understandble if you don't know how to do your job but you should at least be a little nice about it. Very arrogant, I guess thats the service you get when you drop your TV off at a SHACK. Not sure how they are still in business. more

Wosrt place EVER!!!!! 1/4/2011

This is the most unprofessional place I've ever delt with. They have had my TV for over a month and never placed one customer service call to us. They took a $85 deposit and after a month we still don't know what's wrong, how long, how much. Nathan said he'd know in a day and a half when we dropped it off, again that was over a month ago. They are rude and very unhelpful and should be shut down. They are a burden on our community, an eye sore, and a waste of resources. If I ever get my TV back I will NEVER EVER use them again nor referr them. more

Great Television TV reapair service 7/29/2009

Good: I loved the the 24 hour turn-around time for my 50 inch plasma. In addition a major retail chain had quoted me three times what these guys fixed my plasma for.. more
