Aaron and Josh were here market and quickly fixed my sillcock that was just worn out. The scary part was that the water line ran behind the shower tile, so that care had to be used so that we didn't need to get unto the shower wall. They did a careful and outstanding job, but as I;ve sound Brandon's can be depended on for outstanding work, so this work today is average for Brandon's even though it might be exceptional for another service. I called Brandon's on Sunday evening during the NFL playoffs. My daughter reported that there was no hot water! The nice lady on the phone explained the "emergency call" fee and gave me some options. She was very pleasant, happy, and seemed to care about my issue. She got some information and within 10 minutes Ron was on the phone with me giving me an ETA. He showed up, inspected the water heater and said that he should be able to fix the problem in a few minutes. I won't bore you with details but it was an easy fix. I was sure (and worried) I needed a new water heater. Ron did not pressure me into replacing it unnecessarily, instead he went about fixing the problem. He cleaned up his tools and went back in to ensure that the heater was still working. Ron was friendly, knowledgeable, and now Brandon's has a customer for life. Good service and personal attention.
