took my truck in for an alignment the price started at $74 about an hour later i was called the price went to $300 about an hour later i was called again and told the price my be $300 more and that was just for the right side...i took my truck in approx18 month prior and i was quoted $190 for the same work both sides. when i finally had my truck towed out of there shop...it had to be towed because they had destroyed the upper ball joint and camber cone to the point they said it was not safe to drive....i was told by the service manager JOSE SANCHEZ that the camber cone/ball joint was to rusty it could not be removed without possiblely more damage being done...i have the parts there is no sign of rust only damage done by either improper use of tools and or lack mechanical knowledge....i was also told by the service manager JOSE SANCHEZ they had ASE certified mechanics yet there is no sign of ASE certs anywhere in this shop...my vehicle was towed to a shop that did the work properly at the correct price... so here is where i am at.. it cost me $55 for the tow bill and $258.14 for parts that they needlessly destroyed totaling $313.14 they refuse to stand behind there incompetance...the owners never even took the time to talk to me directly..... i will be glad to show anyone the destroyed parts and the invoice that explains the damage done more

I've taken two seperate cars here in the past two years and have had OUTSTANDING service on both of them. Took my Honda civic here after trying to get the breaks fixed 3 times at a Firestone Auto place. They told me that firestone hadn't used the right parts and fixed them for me for a fair price. My breaks work like brand new since then! I recently took my Acura there because I thought there might be something wrong with it. They looked at my car for a few hours and not only told me nothing was wrong, they suggested I get a new air filter at my 60,000 mile check up with NO PRESSURE to get it done immediately. I will not take my car anywhere else from here on out!!! Everyone is very friendly, Jose, helped me throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease!! Will def be returning! more

I went a couple months ago to get an oil change. They were fast and cheap!! Only 20 dollars.The people at the front desk were friendly, and attentive. Jose at the front desk helped me and did an excellent job. Since they did such a good job i decided to get my brakes changed and once again, fast and great service. Definitely better than jifffylube!! more

At first... they did a great job. But a year later... I went to get my brakes n suspension check by them bc the brakes still squeek and the car didn't feel right... I went to the them asking them why is the car doing what it is doing... n they said because the stuff you got was not reallly good for the car.. meaning.. I bought my own parts and even though they KNEW that the parts was not a good match for the car.. they still replaced it without givin me a heads up for the near future for my car. They also forgot to give me back my old suspension, n lost one of the main parts that I must have if I was to get it change or whatever on the suspension. therefore.... they screwed me over Then I went to les schwab.. n they said that Brakes Tires n More installed my rotors backwards thats why it was still squeeking and the rotors has a label that says L for Left and R for right... n they installed it the opposite!!!! They are over pricing. I ask to get my break check n they was charging $45 n I went to Les Schwab n they did it for free!!!! Brakes tires& More will rip you off!!!! more
