I stopped by to get an oil change and was pleasantly surprised by how clean the shop was. The people were quick and, and friendly. I was also able to watch the work actually being done through a window. The waiting room had a television if you would rather just sit back and watch t.v. While my van was being serviced the technician showed me one of my filters that had been over looked in a prior servicing at a different establishment. I was able to have a clean filter put in which is supposed to increase my gas mileage which I had noticed had slipped a little bit. All in all was very impressed and have decided to give my business to the brake team. Thank you L Scheer more

BRAKES.... 9/1/2010

All service was performed professionally and I was invited to review items before replacement. It was helpful to see where service was needed. The service team was diligent and eager to do the service asap. He commented on items that where tools to help me understand the areas of concern. Also gave me a small additional discount on another service. more

Awesome 7/6/2010

Perfect! Jeff got us in and Jonathan got us out within a few hours. Our brakes were in terrible shape and from the moment we picked up our car at the Aloha location, it felt like we were driving a new automobile. They made sure our family was safe and gave us some good advice on how to keep our automobile from getting as bad as it did this time around. Sweet, sweet deal! Awesome Service!!!!!! 6/24/2010

went to another shop because i knew my brakes were messed up. They said everything was fine. I didnt believe them so i took my car to brake team. They not only found out that my brakes were gone but they also gave me great service and fixed the problem in a timely manner. They gave me a deadline and they met that deadline. That was new for me. They fixed the problem and now my car rides quiet and smooth. I have no interest no explore other shops to fix my car. Pros: Quick Service, Great customer service, outstanding work more

Break Team 5/21/2010

REVIEW: Very pleased with the service. They called to give us the update on the car not long after dropping it off gave us the options we had to fix the car, made suggestions to help us decide what to do. They even stayed open a little later to finish the job for us. When we came in to get the vehicle everything was explained again and all our questions were answered. Pros: good customer service, on time, helpful. more

Great Customer Service 5/13/2010

The manager and manager in training at the hillsboro location were both very helpful and cooperative. I had an appointment and even though there were several walk-ins that had come in unexpected, they got to me as fast as possible. It took a little longer than I was hoping but my brakes were replace as well as my rotors. They also tried to hustle because I had to get to work that evening, and even though it didn't look like I would make it, they got me out of there in just the nick of time. I will be back for more services here for sure! more
