I noticed when rotating the tires on my truck that the front brake pads were almost gone, but that the rears were still in good shape. Now usually I'd have just done the brake job...

I noticed when rotating the tires on my truck that the front brake pads were almost gone, but that the rears were still in good shape. Now usually I'd have just done the brake job myself, but with the cold & wet weather (I have to work on it outside...there's no room in my garage to work.) I decided to have the front pads changed. more

Great Job on my Brakes 3/30/2010

I want to thank you for saving me money. I drive a nice high end car, and after getting a quote at another well known shop here is what i was told. I needed rear pads and rear rotors resurfacing Worn front pads, needed new calipers and new rotors. In other words the whole enchilada for the front wheels the cost was $976.00 I figured if you could do pads for $88.00, you probably would do the other items for less. I went to your Hillsboro store (even though i am from NW Portland) and I was right. The total cost was $601.00 Savings of $375.00 So my motto for you is: BRAKE TEAM: "" Drive a little and Save a lot"" with 5 locations within the Portland area the Brake Team does it for less more

Very good service 11/24/2009

I found your personel to be very courteous and very knowledgeable about my car. They discussed what was wrong with my car and what it would take to fix it.. Being the time of the year that it is I asked them what they could do pare down the costs. They told me what I could let go for a while and fixed what was the utmost of importance. I appreciated their helping me out that way and will go back for the other repairs when I have the money more

terrible pace to get brakes done!!!! 10/16/2009

went in for simple brake job and they tried selling me parts i didnt need. went down the street to meineke and got it done cheaper with better parts, service and warranty!!!! Cons: costs more than $88 like they said!!! more

The attitude was positive, I wasn't rushed, I was shown my brakes and how the wear on them showed I needed new ones, people were friendly, and though the money is tough to part with right now, I felt I was getting something for the money - thank you more

Rip Off! Stay Away! 9/8/2009

This place is a rip off. They cost more than a dealer. Use crappy parts. And the service techs are un trained or poorly trained. The managers are master liars as well! Stay away. They screwed me! They will screw you! Cons: Everything! more

I was very satisfied with the service. They gave me an estimate and I decided to complete the work on the brakes while I waited. They also told me I would need shocks soon which I will be doing next month. more
