This place is a JOKE. My car was in and out of the shop for 2 weeks because they kept ordering the wrong parts for my car. They misdiagnosed a part, and were going to charge me $200 more for the part than it actually cost (i had to call around myself to get the actual price) They kept calling me to tell me my car was ready, then calling back and saying it wasn't. When I finally went to pick it up, it took about 5 minutes before it started acting up again. I brought it back and they said that my car needed a different part and that if they misdiagnosed the previous part, that they would compensate me for it. So-when I finally go back in to get the latest part installed, they tell me that they can't reimburse me for the other part that I probably did not need because THEY LOST IT and had no way of telling if it worked in the first place. Really! ?? I thought I was being Punk'd. After aruguing with a manager, he finally broke down and agreed to pay me back for the part that I may or may not have need, but that they had lost, so it couldn't be tested either way. They install the new part, a day later, I am back in because it isn't working right yet again. There goes almost $1000 and 10 hours of my life that I will never get back because I had to wait in the lobby forever. Seriously-this is the worst experience with an auto shop I have ever had. They are incompetent and will try to take full advantage of you. Spare yourself the anger and waste of time-stay away from these complete morons!
