This is the second time I have taken my car to a Brake Masters and both times they were totally honest about the repairs and did not rip me off (especially good if you are a woman). This particular location quoted me $300 for a full brake job, when Ford told me the same job would be over $700. Brake Masters told me my back brakes were perfectly fine, while Ford told me they needed to be redone. I think it is because they dont make commisson on you, so they dont need to lie and try to make extra sales on you. The time prior to this, I thought my brakes were going out and took my car in and was ready to pay for new brakes- they told me that my brakes were fine and it was just my brake pedal that needed to be tightened. That saved me hundreds of dollars and I was impressed with their honesty.
