I was actively searching for a 2007 Nissan Altima and the guys at Braintree Auto Brokers located one for me in my color of choice. They were really accommodating allowing me to have my mechanic inspect it and answering all my questions. I typically do a lot of research about everything I buy and they really worked with me through the process. I bought a 2004 Volvo S80 from Braintree Auto Brokers recently and I couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase. The car was in impecable shape, had a lot of service records and was a phenomenal deal. I had been looking for months and I don't think I could have done better. They are easy to deal with (no pressure sales here) and accommodating. I am a very picky person and they did everything possible to make the sale happen. The car had all the fluids changed, was washed and vacuumed and they even replaced one of the floor mats that was slightly worn. I would recommend them to anyone, I am actually thinking of purchasing a second vehicle from them for my youngest son. more

I went to Braintree auto last November while visiting my son in Boston. I live in NE Georgia. I went to see a Jeep Grand Chrokee, which was not for me, but saw a beautiful BMW 740il that i fell for. I put a small deposit down and they held the care for me for a while until I was able to pay the rest. They were so understanding of my situation and such gentlemen that I recommended my business partner to purchase his car there also. A great car came up (BMW wagon) We flew up to Boston, looked at the car and drove it home. that was a month ago. Car is in great shape andhe is very very happy. We are both looking for another car for our wives and will definitely use them They seem to scrutinize very carefully the cars that they buy to resell I have never purchased a used car before and have always been leary about doing so. I went to look at a van they had listed and asked three questions: 1. Do you offer extended warranties? 2. What is this (an odd piece in the back of the van. They think it is a hanging rack that folds away)? The first gentleman answered these and was pleasant. He was not available a few minutes later so I asked a different person with white hair... 3. Do you have any background information on the vehicle? His reply: "" You don't want this, you want a 2010."" He continued, I don't want to sell this to you. You are looking it over and asking questions, you want a new vehicle. You don't want a 10 year old vehicle. This vehicle is not for you. ""So you are saying that you will not sell the vehicle to me?"" ""No."" So I drove off in my wife's 11 year old vehicle. Additional note: 2 different prices on the windows and a third price on the web listing. It is advertised as, ""ABSOLTELY (sic) THE CLEANEST ONE THERE IS!!! "" This is not close to true.
