**WARNING*** DO NOT TAKE YOUR LUXURY CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT RUINED. They do not follow the insurance estimate, do very shoddy repair work, do not want to order parts and will do anything to try to pocket the extra insurance money! My Infiniti FX35 had a damaged rear bumper and the insurance estimate called for a bumper replacement, because the rear bumper is one piece and cannot be painted, re-textured, or otherwise repaired if damaged in an accident. ""Replace bumper"" was specifically noted on the estimate. Bradshaw on 2nd Avenue ignored this and tried to repaint and re-texturize the black portion of the back bumper with some sort of disgusting undercoating material. After addressing this with them, they FINALLY agreed to order a bumper, but instead of ordering an Infiniti OEM bumper (which at wholesale cost LESS than a remanufactured bumper) they ordered a re-manufactured bumper because of what I can only assume is their vendor relationship with the one-off parts dealer. Completely unacceptable, all around POOR workmanship, completely unethical, and utter lack of customer service. My recommendation is to take your car anywhere but here for repairs. more

I call the same place that had repair my car last year... not knowing the had new owners....my mistake!!! I took my car to them....I am their client.. right? nope..they sided with the insurance company of the people to rear ended my car....over charge me and my car sound so noisy!! would never go back and telling my friend, coworkers, relatives and everybody i know to never go there!!! more

I can't say anything bad about my experience. They took care of me in every way they could making sure I had a rental (waiting on me when I got there and I dropped it off to them when I left) and my car looked flawless. This is for their 2nd avenue (downtown) location and I took a Lexus SC430 tehre. The service was great, Greg went extra mile for me when I needed it. The work is of superb quality - I had the car repainted almost everywhere, minor structural damage repaired, exhaust replaced, and couple other things fixed. The paint job is particularly amazing. Don't know about pricing since my insurance company took care of the money part and I would need to pay my deductible no matter what the pricing. Bradshaw paid attention to details, finished the work ahead of estimate, and accommodated me when I asked for a new set of expensive tires 2 days before they were finished, although they did charge a bit extra for tires without explicitly telling me about it - something I ended up paying out of my pocket. If you got a Lexus and insurance is covering all repairs, this is a great shop. Pros: Will go extra mile, high quality work Cons: Prob. expensive if you're not using insurance, service may take getting used to - just remember to push your agenda more

I used Bradshaw when I wrecked my Range Rover a few years ago and was very disappointed with their repair quality. They overwrote my estimate (I have a neighbor who also owns bodyshops who told me my estimate was severely written up) and left some sort of water/oil spots on my interior. I appreciated their friendly attitudes, but not their ability to earn a higher profit on my expense. Pros: Nice people Cons: Quality, overpriced estimate more

These guys come across as being nice enough, but they are totally incompetent and have NO CLUE as to set or stay on a schedule. Pros: ??? Cons: Will give you the runaround. more

I have never been so nicely treated at a body repair place. The guys at Bradshaw's (downtown) were helpful, easy to talk to, and took care of everything with my insurance. I don't know anything about fixing cars and the men there explained everything to me in detail, were very professional and even helped me set up a rental car. (I especially recommend Millard Martin - so nice!) They never once made me feel like they were rushing to get me out of there or like they were trying to sell me services that I didn't need.
