We had our new metal roof installed during Xmas and New Year, this previous year and the installers did a wonderful task. I wished to have the job done ahead of the end of the year so I could get my tax credit score. The installers labored through snow and rain to get my task completed. They cleaned up all design debris every single day and when the work was finished. more

Thank you very considerably for the great experience. We ended up quite impressed with the initial visit and discussions. The technician that arrived out and calculated our roof also did an outstanding task. When it came time to set up the roof a crew confirmed up, early, and labored until right after dark. They worked quickly but cautiously. We are quite pleased with the experience we had with Brad?s Roofing. more

I just needed to say that I'm quite pleased with my Brad?s Roofing. It altered the whole look of the home. The men did an excellent Task. I couldn't be there, so I had my dad to supervise. He's a difficult man to deal with. As soon as I talked to him and he liked what he saw, I understood everything was going to be alright. He can't quit talking about it. Even my neighbors are halting by to get a look. I was shocked at the distinction it manufactured with the new roof. People were extremely skilled. They arrived when they explained and they didn't go away with a mess. I'm so delighted and pleased with roof. The very best thing is I will no longer have to set on one more roof for the longest time. Thank you. more

From the time that I talked to an agent from Brad?s Roofing for a cost-free estimate until the set up of the roof on my house, I have had absolutely nothing but praise and gratitude for their professionalism and client support. They were there when they said that they would be there and went about doing what was essential to be completed. In all it only took some weeks to fulfill the entire method. I left for one early morning and when I arrived that afternoon, my roof was on. It appeared great! more

I have noticed the neighbors? gradually look when passing my beautiful new roof. Several have expressed their liking for how it looks. I have had numerous queries about it. I am like a proud (new) home owner although chatting to them about my new roof because it looks like a new property. Telling them about the paint, how every single job was carried out as stated, the no routine maintenance factor of the roof (no rusting, no painting), and most of all the individuals that I experienced the delight of chatting, assembly, and doing work with. more

From our initial assembly with Doug to the last completion visit we have been incredibly content. Doug discussed all elements of the AMR system and answered all of our concerns. We were informed about a week afterwards that the crew would be there to install the roof the subsequent day. Carlos and his crew arrived early and completed everything in one day! There were an expert and cleaned up superbly. We couldn?t be happier with our new roof. more

We are very pleased with the way Brad's Roofing performed the roofing job at our home. From the start of the estimate to the end of picking up the dumpster, everything went great. Brad was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The scheduling was quick and efficient. The roofers were courteous, hard working and knew the roofing trade. Our roof was finished in just one day!During the day, the area around the house was kept clean and a magnetic sweeper was used to pick up any nails that had fallen on the driveway and the deck. Overall it has been a great experience and we will gladly recommend Brad's roofing to anyone who wants their roof repaired or replaced. more

What a refreshing experience! I just wanted to write a review to express how extremely satisfied I was with the overall process! First of all, I felt as if i was being treated like a family member. It was nice to actually deal with the owner of the company. They were quick to come out to my home, give a quote and then complete the job. I can not say enough good things about this company! Jackleg Work At Professional Prices 8/3/2011

Consider yourself warned after reading this. I had Brad's Roofing (Cartersville, GA) come out to help with some ventilation issues I was having. We discussed a ridge vent and solar fans. I chose the fans. A contract was drawn up and the work was done. Here is where the whole thing started spiraling downward. I trusted these guys to know something about their profession. Admittedly, that was my mistake. While the fans were installed as agreed, none of the common sense practices you would expect to be standard procedure were performed. Since I was swapping from a passive ventilation system to an active one, the old louvre vents and gable vent should have been sealed so that air would be properly pulled from the soffit vents. Otherwise, a process known as ""short-circuiting"" happens, which means air is instead pulled from the path of least resistance, which in my case is the louvre vents. It makes the procedure of going to active ventilation almost completely moot because airflow doesn't flow properly to cool the attic, and could also cause damage from rain and such being sucked in from the open louvre vents during bad weather. It took me about 15 minutes of internet research to learn this. I also realized the fans were not properly sized for my attic. The price for all this was fairly expensive (I mistakenly thought this meant they were better than the average company). One would expect a company touting so many years of experience to know this. At first I thought that maybe they just somehow forgot about this and a quick call would get them out to make the necessary changes. Instead I was told that this ""was not in the contract"". Is that true? Yes, it is correct. It was not specifically stated in the contract. Why would it have to be? It is supposed to be standard procedure when switching ventilation types. I had previously mentioned this twice in conversation but this was somehow selectively forgotten when I challenged them. I tried to explain and told them about the short-circuiting, hoping to talk some sense into these guys and instead I am told that they talked to their roofing supplier and they said it was perfectly fine to leave the passive system in place. If I knew that to be true I would call them out on this post too for incompetence but I don't remember them specifically. Companies like Brad's Roofing obviously think their customers will just believe anything they say and will not check behind their work or call them on their crap. For reference, anyone who wants to know about ventilation can go to www.airvent dot com and see what I am talking about. I am not making an endorsement for this site. It just explains the common sense of ventilation that roofers of any experience level should know if they consider themselves to be professionals. If someone from Craigslist came over to do this, I would not expect them to know, but Brad's Roofing should. Therefore, I am calling them out so everyone can consider these things before going with them. If you do, get EVERY SINGLE LITTLE THING you might possibly want done written specifically into the contract, and do not give them a dime until you verify it's all done. Do your research and know what they need to do because chances are, they don't. more
