First off, when hiring any company to come into your home or business it is a serious matter. You want to make sure your picking the right contractor. I have always hired contractors that I had recommended to me either by word of mouth through a friend or by going online to research the company. I have researched this company and hear GREAT things about them. Which is why I hired them. I have dealt directly with the owner, Mr. Bennett and he made sure that my experience was pleasant and went as smooth as possible. Every question I had got answered thoroughly, if I didn?t understand, it was explained to me. As with all construction, it?s messy!! But I never had to come behind them and do a thing, so every time they left it was as if they were never there, which made it much easier on me. Pros: null Cons: null more

These guys came in on a bid that was a good price on the work that they did. They stayed within budget and as the work was being done they were very clear step by step on the progress. I especially liked the fact of how they stayed very informative on anything that I did not understand and even offered suggestions at no additional cost. Clean up was great. I called Brad's because our Trane Heat Pump didn't seem to be cooling. The tech came out and checked it out and said that it was mechanically sound. He said that the coils needed to be cleaned. He showed me the coils and I asked him if I could clean it and he said that it took a special cleaner. I asked him for an estimate and he said he was not sure that it would only be his time and no parts were needed. He said that another guy from their shop was bringing a shop vac over and I told him that I had a vacuum and he said that the guy was already on his way. One guy worked on the coils in the unit in my house and the other guy went out and washed the unit down outside. The first guy said that he could not check the freon in our unit because it was too cool outside. He said that he would drop by later to check it out. I asked him how much that would cost and he said the freon was $30 a pound. I told him no. I told him that I wanted to pay my bill for the work he had done and he went out to his truck and was out there for about 25 minutes. He came in and gave me a bill for $572.00. Oh my gosh. I told him had I known up front what the cost would be I would never have agreed to the service. He went back out to his truck and a few minutes later and said that he had figured my ticket wrong. He said that he had charged me for extra time and took a whopping $30 off. I am sorry but I never in my wildest dreams would have expected Brad's to do business like that.
