I had to get a new transmission a few years ago, and when I asked around town everyone told me to call Brads. When I called they told me the tow for FREE within 30 miles of their station. They came and picked up the car on the day I had an appointment and had the work done by lunch. I didn't call around so I'mnot sure if the prices are competitive, but transmissions are VERY expensive. more

Wonderful service 11/12/2005

I had to have my transmission replaced, and a friend that had used this business suggested Brand's to me. They came an towed the car for free. The work was done in less than a day and it cost me over $200 less than the other place I ahd called for a quote. The repair person I talked with explained everything in plain english and was extreemly nice to me. I would use them again. more

Not sure of this place 11/12/2005

I had to have the transmission replaced on my van, and while it made it home, it needed to be towed to the garage for repairs. Brads came to my home and picked up the van instead of us having to call another service for towing. They did the worka nd were cheaper than another place I got a quote from, but now 1 year later I need ANOTHER new transmission. I know vans have problems, but in less than 1 year? more

Transmission Specialist 10/31/2005

My minivan needed a new transmission, this garage come and retrieved the vehicle for free, then repaired the transmission for $400.00 LESS than I was quoted at all the other places I called. They were prompt courteous and worked FAST. I had my van back the very next day, which was very surprising since I didn't have to schedule an appointment. more
