We contracted with Jerry to ""match"" some existing hardwood flooring in the upstairs of our house. We did not expect the floors to be indentical due to aging (5 years) of existing floors but Jerry used an inferior wood. Also, after promising years of experience and a ""hands on"" approach (no sub contracting) he did not return once to the house after signing us up and sent sub contractors to do the sanding and finishing. The inferior wood is not just my opinion. I have had other hardwood professionals and remodelers to look at the floors and they agree they are not the same grade/quality of wood. These floors cannot be made right short of replacing and I am just sick.
