Very Bad Experience 9/8/2011

This company cares nothing about their customers once they have your money! This is the second time I have had to call them about a leaking problem that happened AFTER the roof was put on. Naturally, Dru Smith said it is just a coincidence. It is not, however. He is supposed to come out yet again but I know this time he will tell me the same thing. I believe they have some lawsuits against them. They wear you down so you have to call another company and pay yet more money. I tried to talk to Dru Smith today and was very polite but because it was something he didn't want to hear, he hung up on me in mid sentence. This is a horrible company. You will most likely be sorry like myself, if you do business with them. more

We had a bad experience with this company. 8/5/2008

They did our roof several years ago. The shingles looked buckled but they said they would settle down as they got heated up in the summer. The buckling never went away, always looked awful and the shingles deteriorated. We've had to have the roof redone....we definitely went elsewhere! more
