I don't know what happened to CSMobile, it's hard to even believe because I have been shopping at this store since it opened and I have never had anything but awesome service from the guys there! They totally know their stuff, they're friendly and helpful and the turn time for stringing is sometimes same day, what more can you ask for? They have every racquet and the demo program is so awesome. I tried six racquets before I picked the Babolat and I have been using a Babolat since. The shoes and clothes are pretty good too, and I love the tidbits about what's going on in tennis when you're chatting with the guys, even Brad chats it up when he's there...it's a great tennis hangout! Pros: Best Demo program in the whole north bay Cons: Only one store, I wish there was another! more

Brad Gilbert's Tennis Nation has been a great place to shop and purchase tennis gear for several reasons: 1) they?re knowledgeable about equipment, 2) they provide great service, 3) they?re honest and 4) they can deliver where others fall short?one more, they have a passion for the game of tennis. Members of my club made a special order of equipment from Brad Gilbert's Tennis Nation because our club doesn't have the connections to the reps. They?ll bend over backwards to get you what you need even if they don?t have it in stock. Do not shop here. As if Brad Gilbert wasn't rich enough he feels compelled to price his products and services far above what they are worth. For example $100 for a pair of shoes that can be purchased for $60 at another tennis shop less than a mile away...or $40 for a string job that should cost $20. It wouldn't be so bad if the shop provided expert service above and beyond any other but they don't. The people running the Tennis Nation act as if their customers should feel privileged for being able to shop there. The reality is their customer service is truly sub-par. Their stringer, Patrick, provided me with maybe the WORST string job I have ever had. The manager at the store, Devin, informed me that he wasn't keeping track of my store credit when I went in to redeem a gift certificate!!!! \r \r If the Tennis Nation represents Brad Gilbert's idea of excellence, it's no wonder he can't hold down a coaching job.\r \r Shop on-line for your equipment...seek out local independent stringers for your racquet service. more

I have been a loyal customer of a local tennis shop for years, but the service declined recently when my favorite stringers left. I saw an ad in Inside Tennis and found that my two favorite stringers had moved on to Brad Gilbert Tennis Nation! I had been suffering tennis elbow and had been looking for a new racket. Noah from the old shop was there and suggested a new Prince racket which I tried on their demo program and decided to buy. When I came in to purchase the frame, Samantha was there to help me with my string choice. With their help, my game is better than ever and my arm feels great. I would recommend their service to anyone who is serious about tennis. more

Brad Gilbert Tennis Nation is a great place to find your perfect racket. You can try two rackets per week for up to three months for only $30. Then you can apply that $30 dollars towards the racket you want to buy. Devin was the fellow who helped me and he really knew his stuff! They have a great selection of clothes too. more
