DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BRACCI FENCE! Save your nerves, time and money. It's truly horrible company. I have a contract signed with them from March,we're about to enter July and still have NO railings. I ordered over 100 feet of railings and was promised to have them fabricated and installed in 4-5 weeks. It's now about 14 weeks and still NO railings. Michael Bracci - the guy who takes care of production, is the most unprofessional contractor I've ever done business with. He does not get things done, constantly making up some stories and does not keep his word, on top of all he yells at a client, doesn't listen to what you have to say because he doesn't care. He even hang up in a middle of my sentence while I was asking him what time his crew will come to finally install the railings). Fyi. still don't have an answer. I'm surprised that this company is still in business. I can only assume that other partners and workers get it going. I'm looking for a different fence company. Please , more

i was looking for a fence in my backyard and was very impressed by the companies service. i had a salesman over the next day with a price, and they began working right on schedule. i would definetly reccomend them more
