I have gone to Dr. Bozner for a few years now and he is a good doctor and seems to know what he is doing. The staff is accommodating but not very helpful. They make you feel like you are bothering them by just making an appointment but I am not sure they realize it so I don?t have a problem with it ? everyone has bad days. The problem I do have is the pricing on the glasses. They do not post the prices on any of their stuff and it is marked up more than double market value. I was there today to get 2 pair of glasses, regular and sunglasses, both prescriptions. I Love Kate Spade and have a good idea what her stuff is worth so I figured each pair would set me back 160 ? 180 which is fine because my insurance covers about that. By the time I was done, my bill was over 400 not because I bought ridiculously expensive glasses but because they double the price on the frames. I could get the same pair of Kate Spade glasses anywhere else for 145 ? 160 and they charged me 280. Buyer Beware ? even if you have an idea what the merchandise is worth. It makes me sad because the doctor is good but he has bad office management or bad pricing analyst, who knows.
