Process was explained thoroughly, and they were able to do everything in one visit. All that is left is permanent crown to be installed. Staff was great! Thank you!

Great First Time Experience 9/28/2011

As a new resident to the Wilmington area I had to find a dentist in the area which I didn't look forward to. I have to say that my experience with Bozart Family Dentistry was excellent from the very first phone call. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with answering my scheduling and financial questions. When the day of my scheduled appointment arrived, I was greeted as I entered by two friendly girls. I only waited to be seen for about 5 minutes. The assistant brought me back and Dr. Bald came in right away. Dr. Bald was so nice and understanding of my dental needs and concerns. I had one filling done that day and it was virtually pain free. your entire staff is wonderful. Like I told Dr. Francis--a dentist is my least favorite place in the world--due to years of bad experiences and bad teeth. I am very glad to have found caring people and ones that empathize. Your sign on the door__"no pain" is true. ( I had 3 teeth extracted) The hygenist that cleaned my teeth was WONDERFUL!! keep her on staff. Thank you all for my wonderful experience. I have to thank my son for recommending you to me as well. more

Another great Visit 9/18/2011

Every time I come to your office I am amazed at how nice everyone is and how I am treated. I had avoided going to the dentist for many years because it was a miserable time and I was treated like I was an intrusion into the day of the Staff.YOUR office is the exact opposite, everyone does everything possible to make sure my visit is pleasant. Dr. Bozart has a great practice and great attitude every time you see him. Dr. Bozart has flexible hours he is only office open after hours to accomendate working families. I would not go any where else he exceeds ky exspectations ok evry visit. more

Visiting the dentist is never an appointment I look forward to...I have found Bozart's staff to ALWAYS be extremely friendly,pleasant and helpful at each and every visit.
