Compassionate, Friendly and Relaxed Atmosphere 11/3/2011

I called today and needed help with a painful tooth. Dr. Francis could help me the same day and I have never been greeted by a more friendly staff of professionals. Everyone seemed to sincerely like their jobs and were friendly, very compassionate and professional. I had a root canal and already my husband is so impressed by how relaxed I was going in for a first visit, he is ready to try to become a new patient. What a clean and pretty office!! So organized and yet so relaxed! I feel that I will actually enjoy going in for the remainder of the work I need to have done. This dental "family" is absolutely THE BEST!! Thanks to all the staff! more

filling 11/3/2011

I had two fillings today. Dr. Bozart was fun and made me feel at ease. I never felt any pain. It was quick and simple. I had a few questions about my dental insurance. The girls at the front office helped me by looking up my insurance information and answering all of my questions. Great visit and experience! more

Considerate to patient start to finish. 11/3/2011

You first come in and are welcomed with a smile. If the receptionist is busy, someone else comes quickly to check you in. Appointments run on time, which makes them considerate of your time. Doctors and staff are friendly and professional; you don't feel like a number. Surroundings look organized and clean. I love there appointment reminder system. I would diffidently recommend them. Yes, it was more of the same during my visit to Bozart Family Dentistry earlier this week. More of the same old excellence! This visit, a follow-up to my semi-annual cleaning & exam, involved a tricky frontal filling of one of my highly visible front teeth that I had chipped last month. Dr. Bozart, assisted by Rachel, performed this repair quickly and effortlessly, so much so that I didn't realize that it was over! And, I didn't feel any pain at all, which is no small feat since I always get a shot of novocaine for any tooth repairs work (I'm a baby in that regard!). Rachel completed the work by polishing the surface so smoothly that I feel no surface irregularity at all! Just another boringly excellent visit with Dr. B. & his staff. And, they also are really nice people! more

I didnt like the long wait in between the doctor coming in but other that that the experience was wonderful considering I am terrified of dentists. Really listened and cared about my comfort during my procedure. more

I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby. Tiffany cleaned my teeth. She used to clean my teeth at Dr. Cook's office and I started going to Bozart Family Dentistry because of her. She is wonderful. more

Consistently Outstanding 10/28/2011

Yesterday I underwent my semi-annual cleaning by Hygienist Heidi and subsequent examination by Dr. Al. As has been the case throughout the 4 years of my dental care there, every aspect of my visit was outstanding: the office staff was welcoming & professional; my office 'wait time' was minimal; hygienist Heidi was friendly, professional, thorough & considerate; Dr. B. conducted his examination in a thorough & focused manner in his engaging style. Both Dr. Al & Heidi demonstrated knowledge & patience in providing clear explanations and answers to my questions. The scheduling of subsequent appointments was handled with primary consideration for my personal availability & needs. I cannot think of a single aspect of my visit that could have been improved upon. And, this has been my experience throughout my relationship with Bozart Family Dentistry. more

As always, Dr. Bozart & his staff show a level of professionalism that is lacking in most of 'my' world...Dr. B's kindness, sincerity, and above all his understanding is evidenced in the care he gives to all his patients, & the staff he has chosen to assist him. The tech that cleaned my teeth while my granddaughter sat & watched was mindful of the situation & made her (& me) absolutely comfortable - so much so that my granddaughter talked about the experience all the way home. In addition, my daughter was put at ease by Dr. B's thorough examination of her mouth and the problems she is going through. Again, thank you! more

No Waiting!!! 10/23/2011

Soon as I walked in, I sat down for like 2 minutes and then I was in a dental chair! I was like there at the right time and right place. Once again the staff was friendly. Leah or Amber, I think that was her name, was very helpful and down-to-earth. She talked to me like I have known her for her entire life. I had bad news...more cavities at this cleaning but she was the one who helped me find out. At least I know now! I will definitely come back again to get my cavities taken care of. Thanks Bozart! more

Prompt. Dental assistant appeared at scheduled time to-the-minute. Clean, neat, and gentle. Dentist reviewed work and teeth. Finished and out of office in 30 minutes. more

My dental Hygenist, Heidi did a wonderful job. She is gentle yet effective in removing the stubborn buildup. She offers many informative suggestions as to how I can improve my dental care between visits. The entire office staff is professional, courteous and efficient. I like the friendly reminders about my future appointments. more
