Just wanted to relay what a fantastic experience I had working with Sabrina at Boylan Realty on my recent purchase in Cary. I just relocated down to the area from Washington DC. Relocating causes enormous stress. Buying a house in a new area adds to that stress since you don?t usually know the neighborhoods well.
