Made an unpleasant experience bearable 9/27/2005

If you've gotta have oral surgery, I guess efficient is the way to go. They got the job done with little muss or fuss. The doctor didn't seem especially interested in explaining things to me or answering my questions during the consultation, but he was friendly when I came in for the procedure. They refunded my over-payment quickly and without my asking. more
