The club has not been called Boxing Extreme Fitness for years. There is still a boxing component to it but most of the club is for getting a good workout. There is not a club in the area that provides a better workout. Now if you are looking to play racquetball or rock climbing or something, you can find that at another club. But if you are looking to get a great workout with nice people at a reasonable price, this is your best option in my opinion. more

Do you want to read 2 pages of contract before joining a fitness center just to know you have not rights as a consumer? If your answer is yes joining this fitness center otherwise stay away. more

Cheap place to work out 4/16/2006

BXF is geared towards boxing, but they also have a great deal of cardio and muscle building machines to work out on, as well as a large free weight area. The locker rooms have saunas in them. The gym seems to be a bit less elite than some of the larger scale gyms. I don't know what their normal price is, but through a special, a one year membership cost me a total of $119! Boxing classes are extra, but I can't comment on them since I am not interested in them. more
