I ordered glass chimney for clipper lamp.\r After over a month of waiting and 2 unaswered e-mails, asking about my order, I called.\r They dont have it stock, and they did not bother to inform the customer. disappointed and over charged 9/3/2009

It took 3 1/2 months and numerous phone calls to get a couple of maritime maps from Canada and then they charged a couple extra dollars without any notification. Running out of time I tried my local bookstore and got them in 10 days at the original price. Cons: lousey customer service more
