We took our family here today to bowl, 2 kids girl age 8 and boy age 11). They were very impressed with all the lights, colorful pins, and comfy booths and couldn't wait to bowl. Next to us were two couples who looked to be around 14 years old each. No parent in sight. One of the girls was ""shot putting"" her bowlingball down the lane, making a very loud thud each time. The other girl would drop her bowlingball at the throw line and kick it down the lane, sometimes going onto the lane to help it along. They would sometimes throw 2 at a time and would throw while the sweeper was still down and the bowlingball would slam into it. My son was the first to complain about this behavior. After about 20 minutes of this we spoke with a manager (Josh) who spoke with the group. As soon as he left they continued this behavior. After about 15 minutes, my husband again approached the group and (this is where the real problem lies); he said that we are complaining and he will have to move them to another lane if they don't stop. The ""mother"" finally showed up and paid and they left. The ""management"" here is not in control. I'd be afraid to be here if a true dangerous situation arose since they condone bad behavior. My daughter had a ball stop midway down the gutter and we pushed the ""service"" button. After 10 minutes, my son went to the desk to see if someone was coming). No one ever came so we rolled a second ball down the gutter to free the first one. When you push the service button, ""SOS"" flashes on your screen until someone comes to help. We asked at the front desk to clear it and they didn't know how so we continued our bowling with the score blocked out by the flashing SOS. My son said they spent a lot of money making the place look nice, but not on service. He doesn't ever want to go back. What a waste of an hour.
Pros: Visually appealing
Cons: Very poor service and management
