Bowlero Lanes & Lounge

I am a Bowlero employee who would like to clarify the ""children under 5 not allowed comment"". This comment was written by a lady who came in to bowl with her child. After failing completely to supervise her own child and allowing him to run 3/4 of the way down the lane, (very dangerous if he had gotten to the machines) she was asked to watch her child and to not allow him to do that again. Her response was ""hes only 3"", as if that was an excuse. I guess the gist of it is that she was upset that we do not offer a babysitting service and that we expected her to parent and supervise her own child. \r \r We allow and welcome children of all ages, as they will be the future of our survival as a growing business. We have bumpers available on all of our lanes for children. All that is asked is that parents not allow theire children to run wild. A bowling alley is not meant to be a gymnasium. I am writing this review to warn anyone with children not to go to Bowlero.\r The management there is aweful. They offer children's parties yet claim that no children under 5 can bowl - but they will take your money.\r Chris, the heavy-set blond behind the counter is rude and hates to be bothered if you ask for anything (so why work?)\r This wasn't our first experience with Gerald or Chris, we had a birthday party and unfortuately she was the one working out party. I swore I would never have a party there again. BUT I tried just going for the afternoon and it was a mistake.\r So, moral of the story... Bowlero is not for families with small children, and if you expect to be treated like a paying customer, go somewhere else. Pros: No smoking.
