It was my first time having my dog groomed at Bow Wow. I passed by many times since I live around the corner. The salon itself could use a little touch up but it doesn't reflect in the quality of the job they did. My wife called on Friday and on Saturday we could drop him off, unlike Pet Smart where you have to call a week in advance. Moreover they did a way better! job and our puppy looks great and cute. They even gave him a little bandana! Also the price was much cheaper than P.S. and it included all services like shampooing, trimming and nail-clipping. Overall I was very pleased and definitely recommend this place to any dog owner. I love this place, and so do my pooches!! We have tried many different groomers around the city and the Bow Wow is by far the best. They have reasonable prices, great service, the dogs always come out beautiful and best of all, the dogs love it. Don't let the looks of the building turn you away. The groomers are wonderful and always do a great job. Pros: Best groomers I have found yet! Cons: Shop is small and a little run down looking more

Bow Wow Boutique is always great with my dog. He is a difficult dog who has been asked not to come back to other groomers, but he has never had a problem there because everyone knows how to react to him. I would highly recommend them, he always looks great and the staff is really friendly. more

Way better than Pestmart. In fact I have found that my dog is very much afraid of Petsmart. But the people that work for Bow Wow are very nice and do a great job! The only negative thing is they only take cash and checks, no credit or debit cards. Pros: Great service and results Cons: Does not accept credit or debit cards more
