Unfortunately, I have not had a return call or assistance with my purchase of C230 Mercedes 2006. Customer Service was wonderful until the vehicle was OFF THE LOT and the loan purchase finalized. Owner assured me that the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT diagnose WOULD BE "TAKEN CARE OF!" Yes, he has been nothing but cordial, (thus far) but cordial DON'T HANDLE BUSINESS OR RESPONSIBILITY! As a customer of your dealership, I would expect you to sale quality cars (at this level) that can pass inspection and repair vehicles that cannot pass inspection not just sign and receive monies from the loan company! But we know in the end, RIGHT WILL ALWAYS WIN. I have confidence that I will receive my just due after doing ALL THE LEG-WORK to have my car diagnosed at .......---EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then taking my vehicle to New Country Mercedes in Hartford, CT for diagnosis and EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Finally, now heading to have my car inspected after purchasing this vehicle over a month & 1/2 ago and still there is a need to REPLACE THE FRONT AXLE!!!! HOW UNFAIR AND SHADY CAN A CAR DEALER and OWNER BE!
