Horrible Service. We reserved limo for a work Christmas party. Keep in mind it was supposed to be a classy event. That day, we received a call that a different bus than we had ordered would be showing up. That bus ended up being a spray painted school bus. I could not even make this stuff up. Stripper pole and green laser lights included. We tried to make the best of it, but our entire night took twice as long since we were going out of town and the school bus could only go 50MPH. The entire night suffered and we were 2.5 hours late for our dinner reservations. more

Bourbon Street Limo needs to hang it up. The service is awful. Driver left church and husband had to go looking for limo to return to church after 20-25 minutes. Driver brought a friend in the limo to keep her company. Owner's mouth is filthy, very disrespectful, and charged my account 2 times and a price that was not agreed upon. WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. more

If you are reading this you have probably figured out NOT to use this company. They left our party stranded in a city an hour away and then the next day when we called to get someone to pick us up, we were told that the driver had to go to church and he would be there around 2:00pm. After not answering his phone nor showing up at 2:00pm, we decided to use another company to get back. more

On Time 3/16/2012

I am glad I used this company for my wedding. They were on time in a nice looking car. The guy driving has on a chauffeurs hat, I thought that was nice for a wedding picture. more
