If you are going to eat fried food, this is the place to go. The seafood is so fresh and fried so healthy that you almost have no guilt indulging yourself. My favorites are the oysters, shrimp and sole fish. The family that cooks and owns the restaurant are from Louisiana, so they definitely know what they are doing. Southern fried food at its finest. During lunch you may run into a local politician since they frequent the place. They serve beer and soda. I usually have beer with my meal. The service is friendly and makes you feel at home. There is a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. You will feel right at home. Save room for dessert. Ask them to heat up a piece of homemade pecan pie, red velvet cake or german chocolate cake. Yummy!
Pros: Family run, cosy feel at home atmosphere.
Cons: Parking is a bit limited, and it is located in what was formerly a gas station
