Bound Brook Veterinary Clinic

i am writing this review for bound brook veterinary clinic because i have had so much experience with them.\r through the years-about 27 of them! - we have relied on the vets at bb through three dogs (2 of which lived for 18 and 15 years!) and a cat (who lived for 15 years)! it was through the excellent care and attention of all the vets at b.b. that our beloved pets did so well.\r \r to say that all the vets have compassion and understanding is an understatement. the loving care demonstrated by them always put our minds and hearts at ease, whenever we brought in our pets. they always understood and supported that our pets were family members. and in the end, even the final hours were treated with the utmost dignity and compassion.\r \r the skills and knowledge of the veterinarian doctors at b.b. is the best you can find---we know, from having moved before b.b. and using previous vets. everything from diagnosis of problems and the appropriate treatment to regular checkup visits-the doctors are on top of everything, with advice and-something we always appreciated-clear and thorough explanations of everything. options for treatment were offered and explained, always with the understanding of what our pets meant to us. through the years our pets received many regular maintenance treatments that kept them going, all with the understanding that their quality of life was always foremost when making decisions about treatment.\r \r it was extremely unfortunate when the town of bound brook had the horrible flood with hurricane irene...but even then, the vets and assistants went by boat to check on things before leaving. to have endured and suffered the results of that storm are beyond comprehenstion to us-we can't imagine the pain and suffering those working there went through. and then to face it again during subsequent storms. and yet-persevere they did, and it is a true testament to their skills, knowledge, attitudes, and great care, that after each storm, and still today, b.b. is still thriving and succeeding in all that they do. \r \r i join with many other people i know who have sat in that b.b. waiting room for countless hours, worried about our pets, but knowing, as we sat there waiting, that our pets and we would receive the BEST care possible.\r \r i join with many other people i know who have gone to b.b. for years, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. more

I can't say enough positive things about tthe Bound Brook Veterinary Clinic. I have been involved in cat rescue for 14 years and have been to different vet. hospitals over the years. My first experience going there was about 5 years ago when I brought a very sick cat to get a second opinion. I had been bringing her back and forth to another vet who couldn't diagnose the problem. Within minutes, Dr. Beth Sulner was able to identify the problem, however by that time it was too late and I had to put her to sleep. I was devastated however the kindness and compassion that was extended to me and my pet during that sad time was amazing. I have been bringing my pets there ever since and would never go anywhere else. All three physicians are wonderful, especially Dr. Randall, the owner of the practice, who is outstanding in the kindness and compassion he extends to the pets and their owners. I am always confident that whatever assessment they arrive at is the correct one. The front office staff is always friendly and very patient with everyone who comes in and always extend courtesy no matter how busy they are. All of the techs are just great. They have always been very sweet, efficient, and very caring of the pets I have brought in. So, if you are looking for a veterinary practice that is exceptional, I would highly recommend the Bound Brook Veterinary Clinic. more
