Are they employing honest people??? We have been to the bounce party place many times for various childrens birthday parties and recently we were there for another - my 5 year old was visiting and had a great time but when we went to pick her up, my other daughter brought her Nintendo in and accidentally left it there. We tried to get ahold of someone and when they called back she sounded like a high school girl and was as helpful as she could be but she said it was not in lost and found. We were there on a Thur. evening and a boy - another high school aged employee from the looks of things - was in charge and I have a feeling he or another employee walked off with it. The other kids that were there were all between 5-7 yrs. old and the parents would have noticed if they walked away with something like that. I have contacted the business a couple times and still have not had any luck retrieving this item. I am sure there may be other explanations for what happened but by now, it would have shown up if it was not stolen. I hate to accuse anyone but it just doesn't make any sense other than this senario. Sad - but having high school kids working for you without any adult supervision... I guess that is what you should expect. I hope this situation is cleared up soon so I can remove this post since both my girls really have enjoyed the parties they have been to. If not for this situation, I probably would have rated it higher. Upon further reviews of this place I have found that the owners son works there with some bad reviews about him directly. If the owners kid does not do the job and sits around socializing (cussing and talking about stuff kids should not hear) rather than working and is rude to the customers, than I am even more sure that it was an employee that should be questioned about this. I just want this problem taken care of - hopefully something similar does not happen to another poor child!
