After selecting our destination and hotels, Boulder Travel had another company book the actual trip. Most hotels chosen were ""unavailable"", and more expensive 5-star options were substituted. I called these hotels directly and found that they did have available rooms. After days of working with Boulder Travel and the actual booking agent and getting nowhere, I booked the trip myself with far less hassle (and at a cheaper price). The agent didn't seem to be interested in ensuring that we received the best deals, and was slow to return calls/emails. more
