Accommodating to our requests 8/4/2011

Maintenance responds quickly, monthly statements are mailed out itemizing charges and they include a newsletter - a really nice touch, and BPM was accommodating to our move-in requests. more

Great management 7/25/2011

Boulder Property Management is a great Management company here in Boulder. They are very professional. When a problem arises maintenance shows up in a timely manner. When you call with questions everyone is extremely friendly and very accommodating. However, they are much more businesslike around January and February when everyone is looking for housing for the next year. They are firm, but within good reason. Overall I have had a very positive experience with BPMCO. They have a very large selection of properties to choose from so their website is a great place to start when looking for housing in Boulder. more

No complaints 7/22/2011

I have been renting though this company for about 4 months and have had no problems so far. The apartment is great and was a great deal. They clearly keep up maintenance and I have no complaints. As far as a comparison between other companies in the area, I have had much worse experiences, but have probably not had any much better experiences. A great company to use overall. more

Really helpful if you're looking for an apartment and if you need maintenance help once you're moved in. Also, their apartments are in great locations and all over the city. They are really easy to work with. more

Close to Campus 6/13/2011

I rented a studio apartment at the Colorado Place Apartments near CU through Boulder Property Management. I enjoyed the apartment very much as it was a nice space for myself and it was very close to campus which was perfect for me when I was a grad student at CU. The rent included utilities which was nice from a budgeting stand point but as someone who tries to be eco-friendly and conserve resources I wonder if I wasn't paying for the excess of my neighbors.I never had any need to contact BPM during my stay at the apartment since everything was fairly well taken care of. more

The company does not interefere with me too much, as long as you pay your bills you never come into contact with them outside of maintenance requests. I had some problems recieving a security deposit, and even though it did not directly effect them they were willing to help me out. more

Our complex is well-maintained and all of our unit's maintenance issues have been addressed promptly and with clear communication. The folks who work in the maintenance office are quick to respond to requests and to follow-up. BPM has really done a very good job for us providing all that we've asked for. more

We have had a very good experience renting from BPM for over a year (which is why we renewed our lease for a second year). We visited Colorado and began the application process with BPM--thereafter the leasing agent and other staff went out of their way to work with us long-distance to secure an apartment while we were back on the east coast. more

If you read the lease, pay your rent and leave the place in good condition, you'll find that the BPM staff is really great. I highly recommend them. BPM is professional and honest. more

The maintenance staff moves fairly quickly if there's an area that needs to be addressed. When family / friends visited they were very complimentary of the place and I believe it's a good layout for 1 person possibly a couple. Also the staff at Boulder Property Management are very friendly and efficient. more
