This interior design firm has done two homes for us, both in Denver, over the past 4 years. We have been consistently amazed by the ideas and selections for our homes. We were initially having a hard time choosing paint colors and deciding what would look good on our own. We signed on with Barbara Bork, owner of the boulder interior design co., and she took it from there. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but, as she selected things for us (furniture, carpet, etc.), we saw our ""style"" materializing before us. She knew after our first meeting what would work for us and she found everything on our schedule and within our budget. We've worked with designers before who have tried to impose their style on us. Barbara understands that this is OUR home. She's very easy to work with and has a great eye. Even my husband, the skeptic, couldn't be more pleased. Working with Barb Bork, owner of Boulder Interior Design was effortless. We had a contemporary chair that needed to be upholstered and we didn't know what we wanted, nor did we know who to take it to. Then we met Barbara. Barb has a wonderful eye for color and knew what would work best in the space. We were very impressed that she understood our taste and showed us beautiful fabrics that we fell in love with. We used boulder interior design co. to redecorate the main floor of our house and couldn't be happier with the result. At the outset of the project, our goals were vague. Barbara, the owner, quickly understood our taste and helped us define a look for our rooms. She then embarked on a search for furniture, colors, and accessories on our behalf, providing a range of samples consistent with our preferences. She hired reliable subcontractors for painting and electrical work. She made the whole process wonderfully convenient for us.
