So my wife and I are moving from Europe and were considering Boulder Creek due to the nice location and photos but when it came time to inquire about availability from the staff, they were much less than helpful and we will likely abandon the idea altogether. It began when we asked for some photos of the unit in question, the Onyx -one of the most expensive on the property, and were told we would have some within a week. Silence then ensued. Several weeks went by along with attempted phone calls and emails from myself, and now over 2 months later, we have received no assistance with renting online, no photos at all, and no returned emails or phone calls. They simply stopped communicating and would not return our inquiries. As I am an American expat and ex-Seattleite, there was no problem with eligibility or top-notch references. We are taking their lack of response or any courtesy as an indication of future relationship dealings with management and consider their unwillingness to help or communicate as a forewarning. If there were ever other issues that needed to be addressed while living there -good luck in receiving cooperation or assistance from management! The manager's name who repeatedly misled and lied to us about the taking of photos and applications and then refused to answer our emails and phone calls was Debbie. My advice would be to avoid the unprofessional management here completely and look elswhere. It is unfortunate that this is the case with Boulder Creek as the grounds and photos do appear quite attractive. Poor management ruins a good complex. :(
