Wonderful Restaurant 8/3/2003

We enjoyed everything about this place. The service was outstanding: attentive without being cloying. Appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts were all delicious. A bit expensive but definitely worth the price. more

Excellent Choice!!!! 7/16/2003

A couple of my friends and I deliberated for weeks on where we would go to eat Saturday night on the Riverwalk. We searched the net for hours trying to find the perfect spot. We finally decided on ""Boudros"". We couldn't have made a better choice. DOUBLE THUMBS up to our waiter, Dallas. If you like upscale dining, this is the place for you. Pros: Upscale, Intimate, Great Service more

Good Stuff 7/6/2003

This is the best place on the river to eat lunch or dinner.I take all my visitors to taste the cactus margs.Great people watching as well. Pros: Inexpensive, great food, nice people Cons: long wait at peak tim more

Name sounds Cajun, but good Tex Mex 5/16/2003

Best meal of a five day stay. The sirloin was unbelievably good rare. All food has a Tex Mex flare. Outdoor dining here gets crowded but remained pleasant. Limited selection for kids. more

best on riverwalk 1/10/2003

I am a very picky eater and lean towards meat and potatos. Even though Boudro's is more eclectic than I prefer, the blackened ribeye was extremely good. Thay also offer dining on a river barge from time to time. If the weather is nice sitting outside on the Riverwalk is the way to go. Pros: great location, great food Cons: a bit too "gourmet" more

Cajun Queen 11/24/2002

This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to when in San Antonio. People watching is great. The riverwalk atmosphere is superb. The food is delightful. Try the guacamole which is prepared fresh at your table. The pecan grilled prime rib is supreme as well and a good portion at that!! The restaurant is a little bit crowded, but, definately worth going. Pros: atmosphere, food, delightful Cons: crowded, slightly expensive, slow seating more

Best on the Riverwalk! 11/17/2002

Dinner here was fabulous. The food is incredible (especially the quail and filet), and so is the people watching. The ponchos they provide for brisk nights allow you to make the most of outdoor dining at it's best. Ask for the server from Ireland - he is top notch! Pros: outdoor dining, excellent food, great service more

Loud and crowded 11/7/2002

We went for a nice dinner for two, and ran into a loud, crowded, and very busy restaurant. They sat us so close to other tables I could literally eat off their plates. The food was good, but that was about it. It was extremely noisy and my seat was in an aisle where I continually got bumped. We made reservations, but a lot of good it did for decent seating. This was a Sunday night, so no telling what a Saturday or Friday might look like. Pros: Fresh food Cons: busy, loud, crowded more

Zeeee Best 8/14/2002

Best place on the Riverwalk to eat and people watch. Food is outstanding, service impeccable and ambiance ? What can I say, it's TDF. You have an excellent chance of seeing a visiting celeb as well. Pros: romantic, enjoyable more

Perfection! 5/27/2002

Our meal at Boudro's was wonderful! The guacamole made tableside was the best I've ever had and the service was attentive and prompt. We were given an inside table with a view of the river and sat back and enjoyed our cocktails and dinner. A memorable taste of San Antonio! more
