I purchased a refrigerator from these folks 6 years ago and a washer/dryer set 5 years ago. Free delivery and installation, answered all my questions and even came back free to switch hot/cold water for the washer (not their fault - my landlord's). They give great customer service and value. more

I ordered a refrigerator from these folks which arrived with a defect. They were great about swapping it out. Good customer service all around. more

Not pushy! wonderful! 4/15/2006

I hate shopping for big ticket items. I always feel like the salesman expects me to think he won't eat dinner if I don't buy. After a day of appliance shopping, I made my way to Bouchard Pierce. After having been ignored, talked down to, and stalked, I got answers to my basic questions and made my purchase with no trouble. Delivery was just as scheduled. No problems, smooth as silk. more
