This doctor is down-to-earth, and a real "partner" in health, rather than like some doctors who like to dictate and act as if they know better. He's well-informed and personable as well.
Perhaps even more important than the doctor, is the staff. Doc Botz' staff is also well-informed and personable. I've rarely had to wait more than 15 minutes for an appointment time, leading me to believe that they are also efficient and organized. When I have problem, I can usually get in the same day.
Overall, a great doc and staff.
