Horrible Service ... took 2 months .... OVERCHARGED 11/8/2008

The service here is HORRIBLE. they took 2 months to fix my computer. had to call them 3 times. they never ordered the correct part until I had to remind them. they charged me $40 for a ""bench test"" when I TOLD THEM WHAT EXACTLY WAS WRONG WITH IT. I already went to BEST BUY to find out what exactly was wrong with it. I would have been better of having BEST BUY fix it. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ABOUT $80 Cheaper and A lot quicker Cons: Bad Service.... Horrible turnaround more

Great computer repair shop 11/13/2005

I brought my laptop here to have it cleaned out and Windows installed. They knew what they were doing and I felt confident that my computer was in good hands. The computer was done the next day, which was nice to not have to go without it for a long time. The prices were typical of computer repair shops. PROS: Quick Service CONS: more
