Bob's is friendly and efficient. Our immediate issue was fixed same day. When we asked if a used part could be found for another problem, they were willing to do that, too - it was much appreciated as it was for our older second car. Will be happy to recommend this local business to others and will definitely use again. more

The BEST Mechanics!! 1/28/2015

I have brought my 2000 Toyota Camry in a few times over the last couple of years, and this amazing team of smart mechanics are like expert car surgeons, highly efficient, and very polite. They are VERY SKILLED! As a woman especially, I trust these guys to not try and add a bunch of things that my car does not need to function, they just get right to the point of exactly what the diagnosis is, and they really take EXCELLENT CARE of your vehicle, every time! :-D Melody Abidi more

I know I can always trust Jared and Bob @ Bothell Way Garage! They have always done professional work on all of my cars the estimates have always been very accurate and precise! 1967 Camaro RS/SS 12/29/2011

Hi, It was my 2nd customer visit. Brought in my big bad '67 Camaro for a lazy eye headlight motor cover repair. Bob at Bothell Garage took care of me with flying colors, even thru in a little carb adjustment to keep me running smooth.... I highly recommend these guys and will keep bring them my vehicles for they have great service at fair price! Very courteous too! more

Good, honest work! 12/8/2011

I am not the person who likes to take his cars to a shop. Recently I got a check engine light on my vehicle. I called and talked to Bob, he told me to be there at 12:30 and he would take time to diagnose and repair with OEM recomended parts. The results were an oxygen sensor, which he installed quickly and I was on my way. I believe these guys do good honest work! ~Roger more

How do you spell dumb? 11/27/2011

Had a stupid issue with my truck, which was an installation error by me, and even though Bob might have been thinking what an idiot I was, he was instead gracious and didn't gouge me, billwise, for my mistake. In this day and age of not trusting used car salesman and mechanics, Bob restored my faith in some honest mechanics. A very good first experience. I'll be back. more

I have a new mechanic! 11/23/2011

These guys were great. Bob was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me information about things I could do myself to save money. They told me that some repairs were not critical and could wait so I didn't end up spending money I don't have right now. The job done there was several hundred dollars cheaper than what a chain garage had quoted me and the experience was much better than past ones at the chain garage. Definitely will go back and recommend them to friends. more

Immediate Response and Fast Service 11/22/2011

I was impressed with the response at the counter. After inspection, I was advised about what the issue was with my car. My car was repaired and the staff explained the invoice. Also, Bob recommended that I come back for maintenance. I am looking forward to the follow-up visit. more

Quick job of radiaotr replacement 11/19/2011

Got great quick service to have my radiator replaced in my 1997 Honda Odyssey and it saved me a couple hundred dollars over going to the dealer. more

Chrysler T&C 11/14/2011

I needed a couple of front tires for my wife's minivan, so I called BWG. I was able to get a good price have them installed right away. The service and attitude of the guys was great and I will definitely be going back for other repairs as needed. Thanks, BWG! more

unexpected repair. 11/10/2011

Excellent as allways. switching my snowtires they found then showed me a broken swaybar link, it was snaped of and just hanging there. they quickly ordered the parts and had me on my way in a short time. more

Ball Joint Replacement 10/11/2011

The replacement of my car's ball joints (2002 Passat) last week went very well. Now the front end is as quiet as a mouse. Bob's work even eliminated a nagging squeal, that I thought was coming from the brakes. Bob helped me again today, when he replaced my wiper blades for $13, when it would have cost me $76 at the dealer. Geoff Gall, Bothell more

My new place for auto repairs! 10/1/2011

I am very satisfied with taking my 1994 Mustang GT to Bothell Way Garage. The guy who helped me was quite nice and very helpful. When I called, I told the guy at the shop that I believed I had an issue with my catalytic converters, and he walked me through the symptoms and ultimately he decided it was probably not worth having him test the cats as my own tests indicated they are likely dead and need to be replaced (something that is not urgent to me right now). He saved me money with being able to come to that conclusion. I took the car to him anyway to change the manual transmission fluid. He fit me right into his schedule that day and the service was completed quickly and at a good price. Even better is that the shop is very familiar with classic cars (a few were in the bay while I was there), so I am looking forward to taking my '65 Mustang to them for service in the future. more
