I visited this place for massages for several years, maybe once every two or three months, and the person I wanted to see was almost always no longer working here. Always different people answering the phones too which is frustrating because it seemed like whenever you called, someone was just learning the ropes. It's gone up in price, but it used to be very reasonable, so I was willing to sacrifice a pretty place for just a convenient and good massage. I finally stopped going though when my favorite therapist finally left. Now I just go to her private office and really don't miss anything about the Botanical. I love getting personalized service instead of always being frustrated with the desk people or not being able to get an appointment, etc. If you need to buy Aveda products, they carry them. But I prefer to stop into Jazz Salon for Aveda which is always calm and lovely.
Pros: Aveda
Cons: Service, appointments, high turnover, look and upkeep
