Called due to AC out. I acknowledged that I was aware it was close to their closing time and the response was "yeah sorry we don't have anyone available". then click. I was hung...

Called due to AC out. I acknowledged that I was aware it was close to their closing time and the response was "yeah sorry we don't have anyone available". then click. I was hung up on. Time of call 4:15. Time of closing 5pm. I had hoped to get someone to maybe come the next day to look at it, but I guess they did not have anyone available for a long time. Would not recommend them to anyone. more

Brandon C came to our home today to service our AC/Heating. He called to let me know he was on his way, removed his shoes happily due to rain, performed the checkup on our unit which Bosworth had installed for us, and was very polite and professional!!! Such a fine young man and so helpful and courteous. Definitely a two thumbs up experience!!! more

Air conditioning service call 5/9/2018

Kevin showed up on time. Checked out my system thoroughly, even though the attic was so hot it was hard to breathe. I was very satisfied with his findings and suggestions to remedy our problem. I will definitely call them for all my A/C service from now on. more
