Poor customer service! Ken rushed to finish job and would not come back even once to fix paint problem. He never did a walk through after the work was complete and would not return our calls, then cancelled appt to make corrections before just saying he wouldn't fix at all. We were shocked and very disappointed in the customer service that he said he prided himself in. He yelled at us angrily when we asked for him to fix splotched paint on door and crooked handles his employee put on. The jobsite was a mess when they left. We swept and hosed things off and picked up trash and cigarette butts. Beware and don't be fooled by this smooth talking contractor. He will take your money but not stand by his work. Fairly, I will say his workers were punctual and friendly. Unfortunately, management has a poor work ethic and sense of customer service. We paid over $5000 for the work and we had to do the retouches!
