Boston Wood Fired Pizza

I can't even give this place a rating b/c they either never answer the phone or the one time they did they they told us that they just walked-in the door, even though it was a hour after they were apparently open. My favorite part is that on the website, the second thing that is written is that that they have ""great customer service"". I want to meet the person that has been ""ordering from them for years."" I'm willing to bet that it's someone from the inside writing a review for their own business. News flash, that doesn't run the business all-by itself! I think I'm going to magically concoct some awesome menu, post it online and create a faulty phone number only to lead people to be majorly disappointed. I just tried to post this but they said a rating was required. Seeing as how they don't have a rating for ""F"" I'll select one star. more

Have been ordering from this place for years. We almost always go for half-n-half Cambridge and Copley. Great pizza. I have no idea what that other guy was smoking. more

really good pizza. try the kind with jalapeno peppers (can't remember the name) if you like it a little bit spicy. more

I don't know what's changed at this place since the last review, but I ordered pizza for delivery this weekend, and it was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had. The pizza was horrible, so bad that no one more than one bite. When I called to complain, the person I spoke with basically said ""What's do you want me to do about it?"" Didn't offer to replace it, no discount on future orders. I decided to call back the next day (hoping to speak with an owner) and it turns out the person I spoke with the night before WAS THE OWNER! I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE unless terrible food and horrible customer service are what you are looking for.
