The staff arrived later than they were supposed to even though they were paid for 2 hours before the event started through 1 hour after end of event. Since they started later and on top of that were very slow, when guests arrived there was nothing on the tables. Most of the food started coming out after 8:30pm, even though celebration cake was scheduled for 9pm. A lot of guests left early and weren't able to get any food.
Culinary chef was extremely rude. When I (host) asked them to work a bit faster at the end b/c we were under contractual agreement to leave the venue at a certain hour, she told me that she is not sitting around filing her nails. Very unprofessional.
The staff was not helpful with the cleaning up of the tables and the host had to clean up a lot of the food left on the tables (like I mentioned the food was brought out late, so towards the end of the party there was a lot left) Very unsatisfactory service.
I had to pay extra penalty for locking the venue late because of the slowliness of the staff.
Food was OK, nothing spectacular and definitely not worth the money, especially the quantities. One example is I paid $90 for veggie platter, which as it turned out consisted of 4 teeny tiny dishes of carrots, tomatoes and peppers, etc. Looked pathetic on a normal size table. I wish I could publish the photo of the food here.
There was food left due to the slowness of the service which the rude chef refused to wrap up for us, saying that it's already bad. Nevermind the event manager Susan, when trying to get my business, was promising that whatever's left would be wrapped nicely for me since I had already paid for it.
All in all, very disappointing experience, no value for the money and would not recommend this catering company to anyone.
