Terrific furniture! 11/12/2011

My husband and I have purchased furniture from Boston Store in the past and have been totally satified. Service was great. I never had to make 8-10 phone calls, as one writer put it. Quality is great! Now I'm looking for a recliner. I've gone to S.....'s and C......'s and find that their styles are either totally opposite of mine, or much of the furniture is cheap looking. Boston Store is perfect. I have no doubt I will find my chair there. PS: Don't worry about the lady with all the complaints. Either she demanded too much, or her experience was a fluke. more

Great service! Beautiful furniture! 8/4/2011

We recently purchased a custom-ordered leather sectional, which in itself was lovely. However, we misjudged how it would would in our room. We really needed a larger piece. The Boston Store graciously got us the new size and service and attention we received could not have been better. Our salesperson, Deb DeKok, was so kind and pleasant. The manager was very accomodating as well. Our sectional is so comfortable and looks great. more

THE WORST FURNITURE STORE 6/30/2010

1) First time shopping at store the service was terrible then I was over-billed for my purchase (the sale price was not deducted). When I called to have the bill corrected nobody would help me. IT took 8-10 calls to store before my bill was ever corrected with no apology 2) Second time shopping (Should have stopped after the first) I ordered a chair with an expected delivery in mid-april, april came and order was delayed until mid-may, patiently waited till mid may and order was delayed until june. Then I finally canceled the order and went to a real furniture store. 3) Amazing that a furniture store cannot supply a customer with furniture. It just never seems to come. DO NOT SHOP HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS IS A TERRIBLE STORE Cons: never receive furniture (delay after delay) more
