we spent a week here and everybody was great. helpful information for sight seeing. great food at fitzwilliams and room service. friendly staff at fitzwilliams rooms were always well taken care of. had great people in the lobby getting us around boston and the starbucks lady made the best mochas i've ever had. Pros: friendly staff, great food more
