I have only eaten at Boston Market twice. However, both times I have the service has been some of the slowest that I have ever had. I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive-tru one...

Good food, but bad service 4/16/2006

I have only eaten at Boston Market twice. However, both times I have the service has been some of the slowest that I have ever had. I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive-tru one time and 20 minutes the other time. I think that is ridiculous, I don't see how a place can stay in business with service like that. The food is good, the price is about average as well. But if you are in a rush, don't go there, you will be waiting forever!! more

Boston Market has great food, slow service. 4/14/2006

The food is great at Boston Market - chicken is always juicy and tender, and the Macaroni and Cheese is one of my personal favorites. With this particular franchise, however, the service is often slow. The employees are curteous and helpful, but it just takes a long time to get the food, especially in the drive-thru. more
